The RightWay 355 works straight out of the box. No software installation needed! It comes with preloaded Navteq map data of the continental United States. Just turn the RW 355 on and it’s ready to use. Follow the menus on the 3.5 inch color touch screen to enter an address or search for a point of interest. In less than a minute, the RW 355 acquires a satellite fix, determines your exact location, and calculates a route from point to point anywhere in the continental U.S. It will even provide an estimated time of arrival. Entering an address in some navigation systems can be a hassle, but not with the RW 355. Predictive text makes it simple. Starting with the first letter or number entered, the RW 355 is searching its data base for matches and displaying the most likely results. Highlight your choice and you are on your way. So even if you can’t spell Albuquerque, NM you can get there. With the RW 355 mounted on your windshield and an address entered, you are ready to go. Not only does the RW 355 have voice guidance telling you which way to turn to reach your destination, it has street name text-to-speech capabilities in English, French or Spanish. The RW 355 will audibly announce the name of the street or exit you will be turning on, enabling you to focus on the road. The RightLaneAssistantTM will even show you which lane to be in so you won’t miss your next turn. But even if you miss a turn it’s okay, the RW 355 automatically re-routes you. With 1.7 million points of interest (POIs) stored in its memory, you can locate the nearest airport, gas station, hotel, restaurant, hospital, shopping center or even a zoo no matter where you are.
